Slack-a-lacker

I have been busy with my new duties as president on my association board. We're getting ready for an election in March and things are changing... for the good. There has been some bad blood between many, many homeowner's and the previous president. Since she's stepped down and will not be running for a new term people are rejoicing. They are contacting me with ideas and concerns and want to help. This is what I thought would happen all along. It's exciting and scary at the same time. Suddenly I have a ton of responsibility. This is good experience for me though and I'm hoping I can live up to the hype.

February 1st I had the honor of becoming my niece's godmother.
